English as an Additional Language (EAL) Program

We offer a dedicated Intensive English Program for EAL students. Our program is designed to support both students and their families in developing strong English language skills, while recognising and valuing the rich diversity of cultures within our community.

Our EAL program is responsive to each student’s individual point of need and is typically delivered through intensive small-group sessions. It focuses on the explicit teaching of key communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

To further support our EAL students and families, we provide access to Afghan and Karen interpreters, ensuring clear communication and inclusive engagement.

Strong relationships are at the heart of our school community. We actively create opportunities for families and carers to connect with the school through regular events and initiatives, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
